Terms of Service

  1. License Restrictions – Each Banshee key/license is tied to a single executor and cannot be used with multiple executors.
  2. Discord ID Linkage – Each Banshee key is exclusively associated with one Discord account.
  3. Non-Transferable – Licenses cannot be resold or transferred unless they have not yet been redeemed.
  4. Confidentiality – Product details and information must not be shared with others.
  5. Tampering Prohibited – Modifying, reverse-engineering, hacking, or attempting to bypass security measures (such as the whitelist system) is strictly forbidden and will result in account suspension.
  6. Issue Reporting – Any problems with the product must be addressed through the Discord ticketing system under the "Banshee" channel.
  7. All Sales Final – No refunds or returns will be issued after purchase.
  8. Product Availability – Banshee may be discontinued at any time without prior notice.
  9. Policy Updates – We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated, and continued product usage will imply acceptance of the revised terms.
